What are the accepted payment methods?

At Fruity Skin Co, we’re committed to providing a safe and smooth checkout experience. Please review our payment terms below:

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Instant EFT.

Payment Processing: All orders are processed only after full payment is received. For EFT payments, please complete the transfer within the given time to avoid order cancellation.

Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment Security: Your payment is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Failed Payments: Orders will not be processed until payment is successful. If you experience issues, please reach out to our support team.

Refunds & Chargebacks: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Fraud Prevention: Orders flagged as suspicious may be canceled, and we may request additional verification for high-value purchases.

Can I get free delivery on my order?

Yes! 🎉 We offer free shipping on all orders over R980. If your order total is below that amount, you can choose Standard Shipping (R99) or Express Shipping (R125) at checkout.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days.

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free Shipping (orders over R980): 2–6 business days

You’ll also receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way so you can follow it in real-time.

Do you provide tracking for orders?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
